On the morning of August 27, Northeast University Students'Summer Practice Team of Material Science and Engineering Major visited Dongsheng Group Headquarters and Pingfang Factory for half a day. Wang Chunyang, Deputy General Manager of Dongsheng Group and Director of Pingfang Factory, and Cui Jia, Minister of Human Resources, gave warm reception.

Subsequently, a symposium on in-depth exchanges and learning between enterprises and university students was held. Cui Jia, Minister of Human Resources, made a detailed sharing with students from the company profile, corporate culture, humanistic care, repayment to society, enterprise staff training mode, current development status and development prospects of enterprises, and also shared with students on-site. The company has a perfect training mechanism for college students, such as personnel training, career planning, so that college students have a further understanding of the company.

Next, we visited the production workshop of the pingfang factory to get a better understanding of the company's R&D direction, R&D achievements, process technology and production process. During the course of study, Zhang Chunyu, assistant director, gave a demonstration on the spot and patiently answered the questions raised by all of you. The atmosphere was very active and we had a lot of harvest.

In addition to improving students'practical ability and stimulating their enthusiasm for learning, this enterprise visit has set up a good learning platform, strengthened students' understanding of the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with work practice, enhanced the communication and exchange between schools and enterprises, and integrated and applied schools. The training of qualified personnel has played a positive role in promoting.
