On July 17, 2019, the 27th Shenghe University Congress was held in Yokohama, a beautiful and prosperous port metropolis in Japan. The conference focused on Mr. Inamori's business philosophy, known as the "God of Management", to learn and share.
Nearly 5,000 participants gathered Daosheng's ideas from all over the world. They exchanged ideas with each other at the conference and discussed them in enterprises.
On the shoulders of giants, we pondered over and over again, what made Mr. Daosheng start from scratch and become the leader of two top 500 companies in the world? How should we "do" our work and "live" our life? What inspiration and help can he bring us in his thoughts? I am afraid that the repeated questioning and deliberation on these issues is one of the reasons why the annual "Shenghe Higher School Congress" has been held frequently.
Perhaps, we did not have the opportunity to communicate with the management master, but fortunately, Mr. Zhang Zhongkun, director of the board of directors of Dongsheng Group, participated in the event on behalf of the company and became one of more than 450 Chinese delegates. He listened to the teacher's instructions on the spot.
On the afternoon of August 14, 2019, we invited Mr. Zhang Zhongkun, Director of Dongsheng Group, to share with senior and middle managers in three places the experience of visiting Japan and Shenghe University Conference. During the whole meeting, we connected with the Harbin factory and Cangzhou branch's network, and achieved real-time sharing.
In the process of sharing, he gave a vivid explanation according to the learning experience of his trip to Japan and the management philosophy of Takashi and his own situation of our company. He mainly interpreted Mr. Takashi's "twelve items of management" and "six items of improvement", and also answered the questions raised by the participants.
After the training, Zhang ZhongHua took the lead in summarizing the training. He said that through sharing , he felt deeply about the "good deeds and altruism" in the "Six Progresses" and broadened our horizons by analyzing the international situation.
Finally, Mr.Zhang ZhongKai made a concluding speech on the training: He said that Mr.Zhang ZhongKun always talked about the essence of Mr. Daosheng's thought. Comparing with Mr. Daosheng's thoughts, it also reflects our shortcomings in our work, and takes the lead in deep reflection. He hoped that everyone would form a group after the meeting, through in-depth study and discussion of the "twelve management items" and "six refinements", link with the master's ideas, understand the realm, touch the soul, and constantly improve!
