Zhang Zhongkai: we have 3 production bases, 2 technology R & D centers and 12 product lines in China. With more than 300 customers in 51 countries and regions around the world, it has now occupied 35% of the global aluminum alloy additive market share. Since 2013, the sales volume of aluminum alloy additives in China has ranked first in China for seven consecutive years.
It can be said that one out of every three Airbus aircraft in the world uses the aluminum alloy additive developed by us; one of every three cans in the world uses our additive products.
The impact of the epidemic on the operation of enterprises is multifaceted, especially for the physical manufacturing industry. In the early stage of the epidemic, our company was in a series of problems, such as shutdown, urgent foreign orders, shortage of upstream raw materials, poor supply of downstream products and so on.

Zhang Zhongkai: in the early stage of the epidemic, the domestic epidemic situation was serious and the foreign epidemic situation was relatively mild. The company was unable to carry out normal production, resulting in a large number of foreign orders difficult to fulfill. For a whole month, I was in a state of extreme anxiety. Faced with the double pressure from the epidemic situation and orders, we actively applied for resumption of work and production. With the help and support of governments at all levels, we eventually became the first batch of enterprises to resume work and production, providing guarantee for timely completion of orders.
During the epidemic period, the supply channels of the upstream and downstream industrial chain were not smooth, the raw materials we needed could not be purchased back, and the finished products could not be transported out. At this time, the government affairs service platform of the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China helped us a lot. We released the company's recent purchase demand and sales products, which was paid attention by the relevant departments of the Ministry of industry and information technology, and the problem was successfully solved.
In the early stage of the epidemic, various banks took the initiative to provide us with 25 million yuan of non mortgage loans, which helped enterprises solve some of the liquidity problems. At the same time, half of the social security fund for our employees is exempted, which also saves 1.5 million yuan for the enterprise. It is because of the policy of stabilizing jobs and benefiting enterprises that we can tide over the difficulties and usher in today's development.
Dongsheng owns 47 patent technologies with independent intellectual property rights
Xinhua: it is inevitable that enterprises will encounter difficulties in their development. What is the biggest difficulty that DongSheng has experienced in the development of more than 20 years? How do you think entrepreneurs should play a role in leading the sustainable development of enterprises at special times.
Zhang Zhongkai: what impressed me most was that in the second half of 2007, the price of electrolytic manganese flakes rose rapidly from 15000 yuan / ton to 30000 yuan / ton. Before the price hike, We signed 1600 tons of manganese supply contracts with four large international aluminum companies, and signed procurement contracts with suppliers to lock in the price of manganese tablets. However, seeing the price rise sharply, the manganese chip suppliers have broken the contract, and many additive enterprises have broken the contract because they can not bear the huge cost loss.
Performance or breach of contract? This is undoubtedly a severe test for a newly developed private enterprise. After careful consideration, I insist on delivery on schedule according to the original price. Although we bear more than 10 million yuan for this, DongSheng has established a good image of abiding by the promise in the international aluminum industry and won the trust of the international aluminum giants.
Now, the shadow of the epidemic is not over, and all kinds of unexpected difficulties will follow.
