On August 20, Liu Chenggang, vice chairman and Secretary General of the Municipal Federation of industry and commerce, He Yili, director of the member office of the Municipal Federation of industry and commerce, Li Zhou, representative and deputy general manager of Harbin Dongsheng Metal Group, and Sun Yulan, chairman of Harbin meijiana group, went to Shuanghe village, Anshan Township, Yanshou County, for field investigation and poverty alleviation docking activities. At the forum, the entrepreneur support group of the Municipal Federation of industry and Commerce had a work exchange with the village team and the village branch secretary, understood the current situation of poverty alleviation, as well as the difficulties and problems encountered, and discussed the next step of poverty alleviation measures. Vice Chairman Liu Chenggang expressed the hope that poverty alleviation through consumption will further promote the income increase of poor households and fight the battle of poverty alleviation.

Later, vice president Li Zhou and the poverty alleviation group visited the poor households in Shuanghe village, Anshan Township, Yanshou county. He sent flour, soybean oil and other daily necessities purchased by President Zhang Zhongkai to the poor households' homes, and inquired about the living conditions of the poor households in detail. Shuanghe village is the key target of Dongsheng Group in the targeted poverty alleviation action of "ten thousand enterprises helping ten thousand villages" of the all China Federation of industry and commerce. In recent years, Mr. Zhang Zhongkai, vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of industry and Commerce and President of Harbin Dongsheng Metal Group, has donated more than 100000 yuan to Shuanghe village to help the whole village solve a lot of practical difficulties. President Zhang Zhongkai was awarded "outstanding honorary village head of poverty alleviation in 2016" by the people's Government of Yanshou County of Harbin city.
