On the afternoon of June 1, a warm and grand farewell party for retired employees was held in Harbin Dongsheng factory. Zhang Zhongkai,President of Dongsheng Group, together with all the members of the team in Harbin, came to factory and gathered with all the employees to hold a farewell party for Yan Shumei, an employee of the production department, to welcome Yan's glorious retirement!  

Dongsheng was founded in 1995. When the company was founded, Yan joined Dongsheng family. She was honored to be one of the five pioneers in Dongsheng's start-up. During her 25 years of career, she participated in and witnessed the development and growth process of Dongsheng company, successfully completed her career and ushered in her new retirement life.

President of Dongsheng Group, expressed sincere thanks and high praise to Yan for taking root in the grass roots, hard work and selfless dedication over the past 25 years, and awarded special pioneer bonus to Yan on behalf of the board of directors! He sincerely wishes Yan a happy and healthy life after retirement!

The chairman, vice-chairman and directors also sent their wishes to Yan through video and telephone. The meeting was presided over by actinium Causeway, chairman of the trade union of the group. Wang Haiying, deputy general manager of the group, presented flowers to Yan, and Wang Xiaodong, deputy general manager of the group, on behalf of all the employees, presented the warm retirement album made by the employees themselves to Yan! Other group vice presidents also sent sincere wishes. All the staff of factory made short video and sign language blessing for Yan.

During this period, the group's president together with another on-the-job pioneer, unveiled the honor list of pioneers. The whole farewell party was filled with the warmth of Dongsheng's "home".

Yan is a deaf mute. She used sign language to express her gratitude to Dongsheng Group for the farewell party, and reviewed her work experience and life experience in the factory, as well as the care and tolerance of her leaders and colleagues over the years, so that she could truly feel the warmth of Dongsheng family, and also expressed her vision and wishes for the future development of the company.

Since its establishment 25 years ago, Dongsheng has been adhering to and building a good platform for employees to fully display and develop themselves. It is an excellent enterprise with love, people-oriented and lasting vitality.
