On May 18, 2020, it's early summer, and the cool air in the afternoon is ignited by the enthusiasm of Cangzhou factory management and reform. In the expectation of leaders and colleagues, the amoeba project kick-off meeting arrived as scheduled after careful preparation by the amoeba work preparation team in Cangzhou plant area.

Wang Haiying, head of amoeba Promotion Office of Dongsheng Group, took the lead in making a speech. Since its establishment, the company has always maintained a positive attitude of learning, learned advanced ideas and management concepts, actively accepted new things, expanded its own learning channels, and expressed the determination of the group management team to promote the work of amoeba.

In order to carry out the determination of promoting amoeba work, this kick-off meeting convened five teams to participate in the PK link of team morale display. Each team of them is in line, holding high the team flag, reciting the corporate culture and six improvements to show the good spirit of the production base.

After the morale demonstration, Mr. Liu Wenmin, the representative of amoeba advisory group of Huadian wisdom company, delivered a speech. First of all, Mr. Liu highly recognized Dongsheng's performance and influence. Later, Liu proposed that in order to maintain brilliance and grasp greater development opportunities, we should do the following three things: (1) have a free cup mentality; (2) learn to improve on the premise of breaking through self limitations; (3) speak with performance and data.

Next, the president made a summary speech on this kick-off meeting. In his speech, the president fully praised and affirmed the high morale of the production base teams. At the same time, it also answers why the company introduced amoeba? Enterprises should keep learning and always realize that "sailing against the current, if you don't advance, you will leave". Therefore, new management modes and concepts need to be introduced. The lean management introduced three years ago has successfully achieved the stage victory of cost reduction and efficiency increase; the amoeba project introduced in 2020 hopes to help Dongsheng company deepen the operation and management mechanism, create greater value for the enterprise, realize the transformation of the enterprise, and improve the company to a higher level by virtue of the successful operation and practice experience of Huadian wisdom. All employees of Dongsheng are excellent, but they still need to learn from the chairman, try new things, learn new ideas and thinking, uphold the empty cup mentality and maintain high morale.
