In order to build a higher level public service system for national fitness and implement the Heilongjiang Provincial National Fitness Implementation Plan, the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau and Heilongjiang Radio and Television Station decided to jointly hold the 2023 Fifth "Hundred Regiments Offensive" Heilongjiang Public Badminton Open.

 From June 17 to 18, 2023, the Fifth Hundred Regiments Offensive 'Battle Heilongjiang Popular Badminton Open started in the Wikdo Yibai Badminton Stadium of Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center. Dong Jingdong actively responded to the call of the Sports Bureau and sent 72 athletes to participate. Over 140 participating teams competed fiercely in the two-day competition.
