From 2020 to 2022, the group collected a total of 2345 improvement proposals, with an annual average of 3 per capita improvement proposals. By reporting minor improvements, effectively enhancing employees' awareness of participation and laying a solid foundation for major innovation. At the meeting, some innovative achievements in the past two years were also presented, involving multiple links such as storage and transportation, production, and office automation, setting innovative learning cases and examples for everyone.
Next, two representatives from the production center shared their innovation and improvement in their job positions.
