The visiting enterprise, Heilongjiang Yuquan liquor industry Co., Ltd., was founded in 1959. The distillery is located in Yuquan Town, Acheng District, the birthplace of distilled liquor in China. It is the creator of thick sauce and flavor Baijiu, the fifth largest flavor type of Chinese Baijiu. During the event, the alumni visited the Yuquan liquor culture exhibition hall and had a deep understanding of the development history of Chinese distilled liquor dating back to the Jin Dynasty; He also visited and experienced the processing, production and cellaring links of two cross brewing workshops, century old red pine wine sea wine warehouse, Qiongjiang Pavilion, etc. He also had in-depth exchanges with liquor blending masters and "practiced" to understand wine culture.
In the subsequent discussion, Zhang Zhongkai, President of Association, said that as the world's top business school jointly founded by the Chinese government and the European Union, China Europe International Business School is the only business school in Asia that has both MBA and EMBA ranked among the top 5 in the global rankings of the financial times; He is the pioneer of MBA and EMBA courses in Chinese Mainland. He pointed out that most of the members of China Europe Longjiang Alumni Association are entrepreneurs who were born or worked in Heilongjiang.
