On the afternoon of November 9, the first meeting of the fourth council of China EU alumni Heilongjiang Branch was held in the conference room of Dongsheng. A total of 11 directors attended the meeting, and Secretary General Lin Jiaxu presided over the meeting online.
First of all, Liu Yu, the third president of Longjiang Alumni Association, reviewed the development process of Longjiang Alumni Association and shared the dedication and service examples of the last Alumni Association for the majority of Longjiang alumni. On behalf of the members of the Third Council and all alumni of Longjiang Alumni Association, he extended warm congratulations on the establishment of the fourth council.
Subsequently, Zhang Zhongkai, the fourth president of Longjiang Alumni Association, delivered a speech. He expressed his heartfelt thanks and full recognition for the hard work of the Third Council, put forward an overall vision for the development of Longjiang Alumni Association in the next three years, and put forward the contents to be solved and discussed at this meeting. Then the new directors of the fourth session introduced themselves respectively, put forward their own suggestions and opinions on the future work of Longjiang Alumni Association, and conducted in-depth and detailed discussions on five topics, such as the purpose and objectives of Longjiang Alumni Association, how to enhance the influence of China EU alumni in Longjiang, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of alumni and further optimize the organizational framework and principles.
The meeting determined that the purpose of Longjiang Alumni Association is to serve members, unite alumni, complement resources and revitalize Longjiang. The meeting decided to establish the board of supervisors, elect Liu Yu as the chairman of the board of supervisors, and decided to set up four departments under the board of supervisors, appointing Han Xiaowei as the director of the liaison department, Yang Liyou as the director of the activities department, Han Yu as the director of the finance Department, and Lin Jiaxu as the director of the publicity department.
Zang Guozhong, Liu Huang, honorary president of the fourth council, and other senior leaders of China EU Alumni Association specially called the meeting and wished the meeting a complete success.
The convening of the first meeting of the fourth council of China EU alumni Heilongjiang Branch has set new goals, defined new directions and provided new ideas for the new alumni work. I believe that through our joint efforts, Longjiang Alumni Association will be better and better, and Longjiang alumni will be better and better.
