In order to encourage the advanced, set up the typical, mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees, enhance the enterprise centripetal force and cohesion, and encourage the employees to achieve better achievements,  Dongsheng held a 2020 recognition Conference for excellence. The meeting was attended by the middle and high-level employees of Cangzhou two factories and Cangdongsheng. Zhangzhonghua, vice president of Dongsheng Group, attended the meeting and made a speech.

The meeting was presided over by director Yuan Wulin . There are three awards in the conference, namely, the prize of winning the first prize in 2020, the ranking Award for the first quarter of 2021 and the workshop comprehensive performance award in March 2021. Zhangzhonghua, vice president of Dongsheng Group and leaders of the two factories, awarded trophies, certificates and bonuses to the winners.

Finally, Zhang Zhonghua, vice president of the group, made a concluding speech. Zhang Zhonghua first congratulated the commended advanced individuals. He pointed out that employees are the foundation of the enterprise, and excellent employees are the magic weapon for the enterprise to win. The steady development of the enterprise is inseparable from the hard work of all employees. He hoped that the commended excellent employees would continue to play an exemplary role and strive for good results.
