On March 10, Liu Wendong, director of central enterprise office of Harbin Development and Reform Commission, and Liu sucai, deputy director of central enterprise office of Harbin Development and Reform Commission, came to Dongsheng Metal headquarters for investigation and guidance in order to further implement the spirit of the Symposium on the construction and development of Harbin new material industry chain hosted by Vice Mayor Luan Zhicheng on March 2. Li Zhou, deputy general manager of Dongsheng Metal, warmly received the symposium, accompanied by Chen Rui, director of capital department.

Director Liu Wendong and deputy director Liu sucai visited the product exhibition area, corporate culture exhibition area and patent exhibition area of headquarters. Li Zhou gave a detailed report on the company's operation, product application and technology research and development. After carefully listening to the company's report, director Liu Wendong fully affirmed the company's strategy of "technology first, R & D first", focusing on fully understanding the company's international cooperation planning, foreign talent introduction, industrial development needs and other aspects. The municipal development and Reform Commission will help enterprises solve the difficulties encountered in the development from the aspects of policy, information, development planning and so on. Li Zhou expressed his heartfelt thanks to the leaders of the municipal development and Reform Commission for going deep into the front line of enterprises and solving their needs.

Liu Wendong, director of the Department, expressed the hope that the enterprises would communicate more with the government departments and find solutions together when encountering problems and difficulties. He hoped that the enterprises would continue to focus on the field of new materials, continue to become bigger and stronger, and make new contributions to the economic development of Harbin.
