On March 2, the Symposium on the construction and development of new material industry chain in Harbin was held in the people's Government of Songbei district. The meeting was presided over by Luan Zicheng, deputy mayor of Harbin City, attended by the heads of relevant departments such as the Municipal Bureau of human resources and social affairs, bureau of industry and information technology, science and Technology Bureau, development and Reform Commission, Songbei district government, Pingfang district government, provincial scientific and technological venture capital. Dongsheng Metal, as a key enterprise in the aluminum magnesium alloy industry chain, was invited to attend the meeting, and more than ten new material industry enterprises participated in the symposium.

The new material industry chain is one of the 10 industry chains that Harbin focuses on building. This year, under the leadership of mayor Luan, the leader of the industry chain, the special class of new material industry chain in Harbin focuses on building the internal circulation chain of the industry chain by "improving the work promotion mechanism, optimizing the industry development environment, supplementing the industry development chain and enhancing the degree of industry agglomeration" In order to serve the high-quality development of new material industry chain, we should build a long chain system of new material industry chain.

At the forum, Li Zhou, deputy general manager of Dongsheng Metal, reported the production and operation situation of the company last year, the development plan of this year, the future development direction, put forward suggestions on the construction and development of the industrial chain, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the municipal and district government leaders and relevant departments for their support to the enterprise.

The leaders of the participating government departments respectively introduced the relevant supporting policies of their own departments, and the leaders of Keli company introduced the situation of venture capital and industrial funds.

Finally, mayor Luan made a summary guidance. Mayor Luan stressed that it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the new material industry chain, seriously study the development status of the industry chain, and put forward suggestions and measures to strengthen the top-level design, strengthen the project construction, improve the local supporting rate, support enterprises to become bigger and stronger, build platform carriers, and earnestly do a good job in service guarantee. He hoped that the new material industry in our city will continue to develop and grow, and achieve good results again .
