At 8:30 a.m. on November 28, 2020, in order to ensure that the snow accumulated in the cottage factory can be removed smoothly, Dongsheng volunteers arrived in the cottage factory ahead of schedule and officially launched the first volunteer activity snow clearing.

When the notice of the volunteer snow clearing activity was just released, everyone responded in succession, and even some colleagues who had just arrived on business trip and were sick gave up their request to take part in the activity. However, due to the cold outdoor weather and high labor intensity, the group Volunteer Association declined their request. Volunteers are not afraid of the cold, work together, division of labor and enthusiasm. Sincere devotion, love for enterprise, passion for labor, and transmission to the shovels and snow shovels on their hands, and no fear of obstacles and difficulties ahead, fully explains the spirit of "unity, fraternity, mutual help and dedication". Their unknown to the public and sincere dedication are the most beautiful scenery of Dongsheng .

Hard work is not only the fine traditional spirit of the Chinese nation, but also the never fading spirit of the times. It is a kind of spirit of striving forward.
