From November 13 to 14, Dongsheng Group participated in a two-day "coaching leadership" training at the headquarters. The lecturer of this training is Mr. Wang Jian, who is in charge of human resources in several global top 500 enterprises and has more than 20 years of working experience.
For Dongsheng Group, which is transforming to flattening, this training is just the right time. Because in a flat enterprise management, coaching leadership, as an effective tool to arouse the internal drive of employees, will become a necessary skill for every effective manager.
In the process of training, Wang Jian explained the principle of coaching leadership, and let everyone understand that the important responsibility of a coach is coaching. Through high-quality questioning, we can cultivate the ability of employees to solve problems with problems, and make the boring work more fun.
Then, through the simulation exercise, she guided everyone to put themselves in their own shoes and deduce the training step by step according to the establishment of affinity, the formulation of contracts, the creation of experience, the action plan, the inquiry value and the celebration. She compared the questioning methods and classified them according to different logical levels. In the group practice, we discuss and collide with each other again and again, gradually turning the question into the answer, and then turning the answer into the next question, until we get the final answer to solve the problem.
Through the two-day study, what we feel most deeply is the deep-rooted problems. In fact, it brings about the change of thinking logic, and the change of thinking logic brings about the change of the perspective of the problem.
