According to the deployment of the Ministry of finance's key research work in 2020, Liu Shangxi, Secretary of the Party committee and President of the Chinese Academy of financial Sciences, led a team of seven people to carry out a special investigation on "enterprise cost and local financial and economic operation" in Heilongjiang Province.

On November 6, the Chinese Academy of financial Sciences and his party came to Dongsheng factory for research. Li Zhou, deputy general manager of the company, Wei Yongli, assistant to the general manager, and Chen Rui, director of the capital department, were responsible for the reception.

The research activities focus on how to do a good job of "six stability and six guarantees" under the new development pattern of dual cycle, focusing on tax reduction and fee reduction, institutional costs, business environment, cost of export-oriented enterprises related to enterprise operation, as well as regional economic development, local financial situation, debt situation, and implementation effect of fiscal policies related to local financial and economic operation.

During the discussion, Li Zhou, deputy general manager of the company, mainly reported on the overall operation of the enterprise, cost composition, policy subsidies and business environment, and put forward positive suggestions. After carefully listening to the reports of enterprises, the research group affirmed the measures taken by enterprises to seek development in the face of stable epidemic situation, and encouraged enterprises to put forward new views and opinions on economic development and system construction.
