On the morning of September 19, the 70th anniversary of the founding of Harbin Institute of technology was solemnly held in the gymnasium of the West District of Harbin Institute of technology. Teachers and students from four districts of Harbin Institute of technology and all people concerned about the growth of Harbin Institute of technology attended the 70th anniversary celebration of Harbin Institute of technology. Harbin Dongsheng Metal  Co., Ltd. was invited and selected to attend the meeting.

Since its establishment 70 years ago, Harbin University of science and technology has conscientiously implemented the party's education policy, taking morality and cultivating people as the foundation, upholding the school motto of unity of knowledge and practice, profound and profound, rooted in the black land, and has provided a large number of excellent talents for the society. The Party committee of Heilongjiang Province and the people's Government of Heilongjiang Province sent congratulatory letters. Sun Dongsheng, vice chairman of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China, chairman of Heilongjiang Province and vice governor of Heilongjiang provincial government, read out the congratulatory letter. Chen Haibo, deputy secretary of the provincial Party committee, delivered an important speech, and academician Zhou Yu, President of Harbin Institute of technology, delivered a speech on behalf of colleges and universities across the country.

Zhou Tienong, former vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and former chairman of the Central Committee of the democratic revolution, wrote the motto for the 70th birthday of Harbin Institute of technology. Ji Fengwei, vice chairman of the state and Local Governance Committee of China behavior law society, presented the inscription of vice chairman Zhou Tienong, and the president Zhao Lin accepted the inscription of the school motto.

On the afternoon of September 19, the signing ceremony of school enterprise cooperation between Harbin Institute of technology and Harbin Dongsheng Metal  Co., Ltd. and more than 10 enterprises was held in the school of materials science and engineering. Li Zhou signed a new school enterprise cooperation agreement on behalf of Dongsheng, and Shan Lina, Secretary of the school of materials, presented a donation certificate to Dong Sheng on behalf of the University. After the signing ceremony, Professor Shi Dequan, vice president of the school of materials, presided over the Forum on school enterprise docking.
