On September 18, the graduation ceremony of Harbin chief quality officer training and enterprise appointment ceremony in 2020 was held in the conference room on the third floor of Harbin market supervision bureau, and the first batch of 51 chief quality officers of enterprises completed their jobs. The meeting was held by Harbin Municipal Bureau of market supervision, presided over by Chi Tiejun, director of the quality department of the provincial market supervision and Administration Bureau, Wu Tianren, director of the quality department of the Provincial Bureau of market supervision, attended the meeting on behalf of the Provincial Bureau, Xin Limin, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau, and song Yuzhang, chief engineer of the Municipal Bureau, attended the meeting. Li Zhou and Wang Chunyang, deputy general manager of Harbin Dongsheng Metal Co., Ltd., were invited to participate as enterprise representatives and employed chief quality officer.

It was announced at the meeting that Wang Chunyang, deputy general manager of Harbin Dongsheng Metal Co., Ltd., was honorably elected as the chief quality officer of the enterprise, and Li Zhou, deputy general manager of Harbin Dongsheng Metal Co., Ltd., as the enterprise representative, issued the appointment certificate to Wang Chunyang.

After that, Wang Chunyang, as the representative of chief quality officer, took the oath from all the students.
