Recently, the Department of industry and information technology of Heilongjiang Province announced the list of technological innovation demonstration enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and Dongsheng Metal was recognized as the "technological innovation demonstration enterprise of Heilongjiang Province in 2020". Demonstration enterprises refer to the enterprises with strong technological innovation ability, perfect innovation system and remarkable innovation performance, which have important demonstration and guidance functions.

According to the administrative measures for the identification of technological innovation demonstration enterprises in Heilongjiang Province (for Trial Implementation), the Provincial Department of industry and information technology organized the identification of technological innovation demonstration enterprises in 2020. According to the procedures of enterprise application, municipal (local) recommendation, expert review and result publicity, 40 enterprises such as Dongsheng Metal are determined to be the technological innovation demonstration enterprises of Heilongjiang Province in 2020.

Heilongjiang Provincial Department of industry and information technology issued this heavy "golden signboard" to Dongsheng metal. The technology innovation demonstration enterprise is determined to be declared by the voluntary organization of the enterprise, which requires the declared enterprise to have a certain scale of production and operation, and puts forward restrictive requirements for the annual sales revenue, the proportion of middle and senior professional technical posts, the number of effective invention patents, the achievement transformation effect and other indicators. After evaluation and approval, Dongsheng metal is higher than the specified index.
