Sun Zhe, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while Zhi Dayong, deputy mayor, presided over the meeting. Dongsheng Metal participated in the meeting as an aerospace supporting enterprise.

At the meeting, president Zhang Zhongkai reported the technological innovation achievements of Dongsheng Metal in recent years and the response measures for the business development during the epidemic in the first quarter, and put forward the problems and suggestions that need to be solved by the government at present. In addition, the heads of other 17 leading enterprises and local supporting enterprises in the aerospace industry also made speeches.

After listening carefully to the entrepreneurs, mayor sun zhe first responded to the questions and suggestions of talents, funds, supply chain and so on put forward by the enterprise. He said that Harbin, as one of the few aerospace industry clusters in China, has a good industrial foundation, a complete industrial chain and a unique first mover advantage. Sun zhe hoped that the enterprise would firmly believe in ensuring the prevention and control of the epidemic in place, scientifically, accurately and effectively promote the resumption of work and production, and strive to minimize the losses caused by the epidemic. We should be good at finding opportunities in crisis and turning them into opportunities. We should seize market opportunities, make full use of the support policies intensively issued by the state in tax, employment, financing and other aspects, and truly transform the policy dividend into development strength. Leading enterprises should give full play to the role of radiation driving, supporting enterprises should seize the policy window period, accelerate the refinement, strength and excellence, and boost the development and growth of aerospace industry. It is hoped that aerospace enterprises can learn from the epidemic, increase investment in science and technology, optimize enterprise management, innovate business models, and effectively improve their ability to deal with emergencies and resist risks.

Through this meeting, we fully feel that the leaders of the municipal government attach great importance to the development of aerospace supporting industry. As a supporting enterprise, Dongsheng Metal will continue to strengthen the close contact with aerospace host and other supporting enterprises, jointly build a supply chain, open up the industrial chain, increase the intensity of continuous research and development, and gradually realize that "every metal in the world contains elements of Dongsheng ” vision.
