A word of "guarantee" is worth a lot of money! When most people were trapped in their homes during the epidemic, the Cangzhou production base of Dongsheng Group, with the support of the governments at all levels, went through the formalities of returning to work and started work in an orderly manner. Many front-line employees returned to work as soon as possible to overcome difficulties and ensure the smooth start of production.

The small family is to protect Dongsheng's big family. In order to ensure the normal production of domestic and foreign customers' orders and the normal operation of the company's sales, many employees of our Cangzhou production base who live in the surrounding districts and counties overcome many difficulties. From the usual two-hour journey, due to the need for layers of anti epidemic audit, it took three times longer than usual to arrive at the factory. The employees living near the factory have to stay in the factory because of the village blockade. They gave up the chance to reunite with their families and came to work without hesitation. They worked hard and faithfully to complete the production of each order.

At the beginning of the construction, the company was also faced with the dilemma of not providing working meals, and the accommodation staff overcame the inconvenience of food, and used instant noodles and other food to satisfy their hunger every day. Even if they knew in advance that such hard conditions, they would come to the factory without hesitation to ensure the smooth production.

Because there is no work for a long time, the body is a little stiff, and some production employees have physical discomfort and joint pain in succession, but no one cries, only insist silently, and then do it with clenched teeth! Because they know that to ensure the delivery of orders is fundamental to the survival and development of enterprises.

To perform one's duties and responsibilities respectively

Li Nian, director of the production department of Cangzhou No.1 plant, is responsible for the overall management of the Department. Over the past two months, he has fully cooperated with the leader of the epidemic prevention team to carry out in-depth implementation and improvement of the plant killing, personnel gathering inspection, staff wearing masks, workshop ventilation and other work in accordance with the epidemic prevention plan; at the same time, he has conducted guidance on the fluctuation of employees' thoughts and emotions, and actively tried to find solutions for the employees with difficulties in work. In the past two months, through his efforts, the epidemic prevention work in the workshop did not have any problems. All the staff of the production line were on duty. They kept stable production every day, no mistakes, and completed the order with quality and quantity guaranteed.

At the same time, the uranium and lead of the product R & D department is responsible for the collation of epidemic prevention documents. With his careful collation, all epidemic prevention documents and records are very complete, so that every work can be found.

Since its resumption of work, Cangzhou plant has been inspected by the joint law enforcement team of anti epidemic work in Cangzhou Development Zone, the Environmental Protection Bureau, the leaders of Cangzhou Federation of industry and commerce, the leaders of Hebei Federation of industry and Commerce and the United Front Department of Cangzhou City, and has given high praise to the prevention and control and production work of the plant.

These are also the most beautiful "reversers". They do not wear white protective clothing, but they all incarnate as "soldiers" in front of the epidemic test.
