Vice governor Cheng and his delegation carefully inspected five departments including optical laboratory, chemical laboratory, formula laboratory and melting laboratory, and had a cordial conversation with the engineers. When reporting the current problems encountered by the enterprise, vice governor Cheng asked the enterprise's feelings,experience and business relations, answered the problems encountered in the development of the enterprise seriously, put forward guiding opinions, and gave active coordination and solutions to specific problems and instructions.
