1. Diet Control
Breakfast is a must to eat well, full, because breakfast can provide 70% of the nutrition of the day, is the most difficult to convert into fat meal in a day, if only to save time and not eat breakfast or simple eating, for health is not worth it;
Lunch should be eaten well, do not overeat, meals with meat and vegetable, ensure balance, eat not too fast, learn to chew slowly;
Eat a simple dinner, don't eat staple food, you can also not eat hungry, never eat supper.
2. Sports
Exercise time must be arranged on an empty stomach. Appropriate exercise is indispensable for healthy body-building. Life lies in exercise. It can not only shape the body, but also strengthen the body. It is one of the most direct and effective methods.
Exercise shaping "perseverance" will be effective, since March, to develop a sports plan for themselves, every morning to practice 40 minutes of yoga, eat and walk to work for 35 minutes, lunch break to play badminton or run, do some aerobic exercise, let your body sweat, walk home at night, directly. If I can't dance in rainy days, I will do yoga at home or sit for 30-40 minutes, with plenty of exercise. The best time to exercise is before 9 a.m. and after sunset.
3. Clean-up Method
Clean up your stomach every Saturday and Sunday. On Saturdays and Sundays, I eat apples, 1 kg a day. When I'm hungry and thirsty, I eat apples every day. It basically reduces the body's moisture. On Sundays, I eat 1,000 ml of yogurt or skim milk, which is divided into six or seven equal parts. When I eat yogurt, I will lose fat.
Do not eat anything three hours before going to bed, but also adjust the working and sleeping time to ensure adequate sleep time, but also not too long, early to bed and early to rise, can not stay up late.
