On the afternoon of July 17, Harbin Dongsheng Metal Co., Ltd. (Group) held a video conference on work summary in the first half of 2019 at the group headquarters, Cangzhou two factories and Harbin R&D base. All the staff of the group headquarters, the management of Cangzhou two factories and the middle-level and above cadres of the Harbin R&D base participated in the video conference.

This meeting is divided into two parts: the leader's speech and the group headquarters management report.

First of all, Vice President Zhang Zhonghua reported to the Chairman and President Zhang Zhongkai on the main production and operation of the two factories in Cangzhou in the first half of the year.

Subsequently, President Zhang Zhongkai made a speech on the theme of "optimizing service experience and strengthening quality control". He summarized and analyzed the group's work in the first half of the year, and deployed and arranged the work in the second half of the year. President Zhang Zhongkai pointed out that 2019 was the first year of the group's user experience and the year of quality enhancement. Product quality is the basis of enterprise competitiveness, and customers are the lifeblood of enterprise. The Group will strive to build the leading brand of "Dongsheng" and open a new development journey of "double high" of product quality and satisfaction of Dongsheng.

Finally, Mr. Zhang Shengtian, the chairman of the board of directors, made speeches and work guidance through audio frequency in attracting and training talents, supporting role of talents in the development of the company, and talent reserve.

At the end of the group video conference, the management of the group headquarters presented their duties to President Zhang Zhongkai respectively.

This conference is not only a review of the work in the first half of the year, but also a mobilization meeting for the second half of the year. The staff of the group will continue to unite and strive hard for the successful completion of the work tasks for the whole year of 2019.
