Through the shackles of spring, ushered in the vigor of summer, is so colorful, brilliant and warm, in this sunny and charming green season, in order to strengthen the company's staff team building, enhance staff exchanges, train team spirit and cooperation consciousness, and strive to build a team of unity, cooperation, courage and cohesion. On May 24, the company launched a one-day "cohesive force, beyond the dream" experiential development training activities.
Before the start of the activity, the coach guided the whole team to be randomly divided into three teams. Through a series of cheerful warm-up activities, a good team atmosphere was created and the trust foundation of the team was established.
After brainstorming, teams quickly formulated creative team names, slogans, team logos, team songs.
Innovative thinking, planning, effective communication, focused implementation and crisis management are fully embodied in the "red-black double decoding" project. In the activities of three groups of different rules, each team quickly formulates tactics, and everyone has a clear division of labor, and cooperates with each other, all with the best execution ability to complete.

The first battle ended in many rounds of intense and enthusiastic competition. The coach first made a summary, and invited the representatives of each team to sum up and share their experience. To boost morale, President Zhang Zhongkai spoke for all the team members.
President Zhang Zhongkai said that the greatest value of life lies in the different experiences at different stages. This outward bound training is a unique experience-based training. I hope you can subtly transfer the changes in thought and cognition in the outward bound to work and life. He pointed out that many experiences of the expansion project can be reflected in the work, one is the correct strategy, the other is the tactics in place, and the third is crisis management. Finally, he wishes you all unity, harmony and friendship in this expansion.
The "Encouraging Miracles" project requires a high degree of teamwork. Teams through communication and repeated practice, so that the ball is steadily encouraged in the center of the drum, the same encouragement is the tacit understanding of everyone's cooperation, is the heart of teamwork.
We will work together to support the drum, so that the drum rhythmically and steadily up the ball continuously, to "inspire" the style of the teams.
"Extreme Challenge 180 seconds" project requires you to complete five challenges quickly in 180 seconds. Teams remain calm in a tense state, quickly make plans and division of labor, and accomplish the challenges in an orderly manner.
The "Power Circle" project links the team members together through the power rope to form a powerful circle. In the course of the activity, all of us were passionate and ambitious, fully demonstrating the cohesion and steel will of Dongsheng team.
One day's outward bound training soon ended. This outward bound fully aroused the strong interest and enthusiasm of the team members. In the process of cross-over outward bound experience, team members worked together to conquer projects that were once considered impossible to complete. After each project, everyone shared the joy of success and the passion of challenge, and fully realized the trust and presence of the team. Effective communication, transposition thinking, rational organization, leadership, execution and other management consciousness and art closely related to work. In the course of the activity, we actively participated in meeting difficulties, daring to challenge ourselves, refueling each other, encouraging each other, overcoming psychological obstacles, and not evading and not giving up.
Through this activity, we not only enhanced the sense of unity and cooperation among team members, but also realized the importance of mutual trust, teamwork and innovation through mutual exchanges and learning. We also enhanced the sense of belonging of staff and showed the best spiritual outlook of Dongsheng people. We believe that in the future work, all the employees of the company can work together to meet the difficulties and create a more brilliant chapter of Dongsheng Metal.
