On April 20, the fifth "Hanan Cup" badminton match, organized by the general trade union of the Pingfang District, was held. "Hanan Cup" has become one of the largest badminton competitions in our city in recent years.

The two-day competition opened in sports center. The opening ceremony was attended by Liu Xingge, Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee of Economic Development Zone, Secretary of the Party and the Party Committee of the Pingfang District, Standing Committee of the Pingfang District Committee, Deputy Governor Guan, and Xu Anhai, Deputy Governor of the People's Government of the Pingfang District. At the opening ceremony, the district governor Guan Hedong delivered an opening speech. Secretary Liu Xingge switched the ball on the spot and all the athletes were enthusiastic. This badminton open competition has received the positive response and enthusiastic participation of the grass-roots trade unions and all walks of life badminton fans in the city. Nearly 1000 athletes from 90 teams participated in the Badminton Open competition.

This is a happy event for the vast number of badminton fans throughout the country, but also a major event for the development of sports in Hanan.

Dongsheng Metal Badminton Association dispatched 19 participants to compete in the fierce competition of men's doubles, women's doubles and women's singles.

Throughout the competition, the players entered the competition in a tense and exciting state. They freely sprinkled their youth sweat on the field, blooming their passion for sports, and the atmosphere of the competition scene was extremely hot. The event become exciting. 

Throughout the match, Dongsheng team members were full of spirit and high morale, cooperating with tacit understanding, unity and cooperation in the field. In all competitions, the style and level of the competition were out, and the audience applauded. After intense competition, Dongsheng's athletes eventually made the top 16 and top 8, and Zhang Haiwei got the good results of the women's single-season army.

Through participating in this competition, it fully demonstrates the sports spirit of "higher, faster and stronger" of Dongsheng metal employees, promotes the in-depth development of the company's national fitness activities, improves the physical and mental quality of employees, and condenses the fighting spirit and great strength of Dongsheng colleauges.
