On March 29, 2019, the Summary Meeting of the Training Course on German Industry 4.0 and New-old Kinetic Energy Conversion for Private Entrepreneurs in Harbin and the Symposium between the Municipal Government and Private Entrepreneurs were held.

More than 20 participants shared their learning experience, exchanged training results, and put forward suggestions on talent introduction and business environment optimization. Sun Zhe, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and mayor, attended the meeting and made a speech.

He pointed out that we should further study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Symposium on private enterprises, further strengthen the study of knowledge in the frontier field of intelligent manufacturing, accelerate the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, strive to improve the level of enterprise informatization, intellectualization and digitization, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of new and old kinetic energy and industry. Qulei, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Department, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, more than 20 participants said that the training broadened their horizons, saw the gap with the international advanced manufacturing industry, and defined the direction of transformation and upgrading.

After listening to the participants'speeches, Sun Zhe said that he hoped that entrepreneurs could consolidate and expand the training results, better learn from the experience of German industrial 4.0 development, improve the ability of enterprises to grasp the market, and play a leading role in the transformation of new and old momentum, industrial transformation and upgrading. Harbin Municipal Government will further optimize the business environment, create an open, fair and just market environment for entrepreneurs, and make every effort to improve the ability and quality of serving the development of private enterprises on the basis of fully implementing the support policy for private enterprises. I hope you will seize the historic opportunities entrusted by reform and development, give full play to Harbin's unique resource endowment and location advantages, speed up the high-quality development of enterprises, and contribute to the overall revitalization of Harbin.

Last October, Harbin organized more than 20 private entrepreneurs in the fields of equipment manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, new materials, automatic control, data communication and so on to study for 12 days at Magdeburg University in Germany. During their stay in Germany, the participants studied the theoretical system of German Industry 4.0 of Magdeburg University, the transformation of new and old kinetic energy after the reunification of Germany, the development of German social economy and other courses. They visited representative Novartis Pharmaceutical Company, Volkswagen Automobile, Robot Research and Development Center, Waste Incineration Plant, Rottenhouse Industrial Park and otherplaces.

Vice-President Wang Chunyang attended the Symposium and made a study report on behalf of the students. He always pointed out that industry 4.0 is an idea, a tool and a means, not a simple purpose. Our manufacturing enterprises should first clearly understand industry 4.0, and then use it to change their original ideas in the light of China's national conditions and the current situation of their respective enterprises. Through continuous learning and introducing advanced knowledge of industrial 4.0, we can learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, gradually summarize and improve industrial 4.0, and let it create profits for our manufacturing enterprises and enhance their capabilities. At the end of the study report, he put forward that "visiting enterprises should have more in-depth exchanges, see, listen and ask more questions". At the same time, he hoped that the government would increase the efforts to introduce advanced ideas and establish a long-term and systematic development policy.

During the meeting, Qulei, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee, Minister of the United Front Department, and Wang Yanhuai, Secretary of the Party Group of the Harbin Federation of Industry and Commerce, introduced our company to Mayor Sun Zhe.
